Paul G. Hull - Managing Partner

In 1996, Paul began his practice as an associate with the law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson before becoming an associate, and then partner, at Stahl Cowen Crowley LLC, where his practice concentrated in commercial real estate transactions. In 2006, Mr. Hull began The Hull Law Group LLC. Over the course of his career, Mr. Hull has represented clients in a wide range of commercial real estate and business transactions, including REO acquisitions; condominium acquisitions, conversions and sales; commercial leases; commercial real estate loans; land acquisitions, development, entitlement and leasing; and business acquisitions and dispositions. In addition, he has represented several lending institutions and commercial borrowers in the drafting, negotiation and implementation of acquisition, construction and permanent mortgage loans for various types of commercial development transactions. During his career, Mr. Hull has also represented a multitude of both buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions in the Chicago area, including experience with short sales and relocation sales and has represented many international clients for their purchase and sale of residential properties in the Chicago area.
